Opex bv stands for quality. Quality of product and service. The quality at Opex is guaranteed by:
High standards: We set high standards for ourselves, growers and transporters and communicate these in a clear manner. We are responsible for the logistical handling of plants ourselves. Every plant passes through our hands, which means that the quality is continuously monitored. If necessary, we can make adjustments immediately.
No concessions: We make no concessions regarding the quality of our plants and trees, even if the pressure to do so is high. If in doubt, we will not ship the plants, or we consult the customer first. We do not settle for less than magnificent.
Great care: By working with a small team, everyone at Opex is well informed about the various business processes within Opex. This allows us to monitor each other and keep each other sharp, so that mistakes are prevented.
Sustainability
Through efficient business operations and waste reduction, we try to contribute to a more sustainable world.
Our aim is that every link in the chain should earn money from the trade, so that we can build sustainable relationships. We pay a fair price to our suppliers and transporters in exchange for quality. We supply quality products to our customers, so that they can build a revenue model based on happy consumers.
Personal
Over the years, digitalisation and scale ups have changed our business environment enormously. Opex has benefited from these trends as well.
However, the downside that comes along, is that interpersonal contact has decreased. At many companies, customers are no longer a person, but a number.
The strength of Opex is that we keep an eye on personal contact. Every customer has their own history, requirements and wishes. We are curious about your story and maintain contact, so that we can serve you optimally.
